Sipping South Africa at Stem Wine Bar

This week’s tasting at Stem Wine Bar in Marietta spotlighted a region that doesn’t always get the attention it deserves: South Africa. Known for bold reds, expressive whites, and vineyard practices that blend sustainability with tradition, the lineup delivered everything from vibrant Sauvignon Blanc to earthy Pinotage and silky Cape blends.

As always, Brian brought the wine knowledge (and some great stories), Chef Dom delivered knockout pairings, and Paul and Jules made sure every guest was taken care of with their signature warmth and hospitality.
